Spending your hard-earned points is easy. Simply log in to your Plantiva account and apply your points for a discount, free prize, or other gift at checkout.

When you're logged in to your account on our website, your points balance is available in your customer account. You can also see your points balance by clicking the "Rewards" button at the lower right corner of the site; your points will be displayed on your Membership Card.
At the current time, we allow both Guests and Members to earn points for their orders. Only Members can earn points for other activities such as social media follows. In order to view your points or redeem points for a discount or gift, you must join by creating an account.
You can create an account on our website by clicking the "person" icon in the top right corner of the screen. Be sure to use the same email address you use for orders, then verify receipt of the confirmation email to activate the account. If you don't recall which email you used to order, please email contactPlantiva@plantiva.com and let us know you'd like to activate your account and we'll send you the account activation email. Once your account is activated you'll be able to see your order history, manage your subscriptions, and use your accrued loyalty points.

Yes! You can earn a 10% discount by using the referrer link which appears in the lower right corner of the site when you initially arrive. In addition, when you subscribe to our newsletter you'll receive extra-deep discounts for sales, and when you order from our website you'll occasionally receive special deep discount codes with your order!

At the current time, points do not expire.
Guests currently earn points for orders and for signing up for the newsletter. In addition, when we launched the program we awarded points to both Guests and Members retroactively based on their orders placed in the past 1 year.
Absolutely! We love to surprise our customers. Subscribers to our newsletter receive extra discounts, special notice of sales, and early access to product launches as well as health tips. Plus, we like to slip special gifts into orders from our website, ranging from swag to free product to deep discount codes.
